Description
Tabitha is very special with her unique double brim styling. She has a black curved brim with a white brim under it. The edges are trimmed with lovely iridescent taffeta with orange piping insert. Her white crown is accented with a hot pink band and black parisisal bow with bias trim. Hot pink and yellow feathers create added interest.
