Description
Finley is a gorgeous handmade picture hat designed of aqua linen with a sinamay wide bias edge, that is my design. She has a lovely linen bias around the brim. She is adorned with a big pink peony and bias strips pf sinamay, pink sheer ribbon and biot feathers.
